Terms and Conditions for Subscription-Based Edifice Pro Construction Management Software and Mobile App

         These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Edifice Pro Construction Management Software and Mobile App ("Edifice Pro") provided by Syneins Enterprise Systems Private Limited ("Company"). By subscribing to or using Edifice Pro, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not subscribe to or use Edifice Pro.

• Subscription Services: Edifice Pro is a subscription-based construction management software and mobile application designed to facilitate project management, resources allocation, automated payment, communication, and collaboration among construction teams.


• Subscription Plans: Users may subscribe to Edifice Pro by selecting a suitable subscription plan offered by the Company. Subscription plans may vary in features, duration, and pricing. By subscribing to Edifice Pro, users agree to pay the applicable subscription fees.


• Account Registration: Users must register an account to access Edifice Pro. During registration, users must provide accurate and complete information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.


• Authorized Use: Edifice Pro is intended for use by construction professionals and teams for legitimate business purposes only. Users may not use Edifice Pro for any unlawful or prohibited activities.


• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in Edifice Pro, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, and trademarks, belong to the Company or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of Edifice Pro without the Company's prior written consent.


• Data Privacy: The Company respects users' privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. By using Edifice Pro, users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data as described in the Company's Privacy Policy.


• Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of any content they upload, share, or publish through Edifice Pro. However, by uploading content, users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing and improving Edifice Pro.


• Accuracy and Reliability: AI Provided Information is generated using automated algorithms and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date, We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI Provided Information for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that reliance on AI Provided Information is at your own risk.


• Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Edifice Pro. In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the total amount paid by the user for the subscription during the preceding 12-month period.


• Termination: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to Edifice Pro at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, users must cease all use of Edifice Pro and delete any downloaded materials.


• Refund Terms: Subscription fees are usually non-refundable, unless mandated by law or determined by us at our discretion. If we terminate your account without cause, you may be eligible for a refund of the fees, minus taxes and transaction charges, for the unused portion of your subscription. Refunds, upon approval, will be processed and refunded within 7 working days and it gets credited to the source account of subscription. However, if you cancel, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.


• Modification of Terms: The Company may modify these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes to these Terms, and continued use of Edifice Pro after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.


• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
